The purpose of the Home/School Association is:

• The promote the welfare of children in home, school, church and community.
• To encourage interest in adequate laws for the care and protection of our children.
• To bring into close relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may communicate and cooperate in the education of the child.
• To work collectively toward the goals stated in the philosophy of Seven Holy Founders School.

What to watch for in 2010!
The Home & School Association will be sponsoring some old favorites as well as a few new functions this year. During Lent, please join us at the Fish Fry. We are planning a flower sale for the Spring, so please consider purchasing a hanging basket or flats of flowers to plant from your favorite SHF student.

When school resumes in the fall, keep your eyes open for Entertainment Books and trash bag order forms. September will be the annual Trivia Night and in October we will be co-hosting Mouse Races with the Athletic Association. The Scholastic book fair will be in November and plans are forming to better the Home and School Shopping Night.

December will feature the Annual Christmas Party and Santa’s Workshop for the school children. 2010 should be an exciting year.
