Requirements and Procedures The TWB fiscal year is July 1 to June 30. Requirements for the upcoming school year are:
The above requirement may be met by purchasing gift certificates or using Escrip through Schnucks. Gift Certificates to Shop and Save, Dierbergs, Shell Gas, St. Louis Bread Company and Walgreens may be purchased at the school office, the Priory, and from TWB sellers after most Sunday Masses. Many other gift certificates are available on our pre-order form. All families will be assigned a family number. Any time you purchase TWB gift certificates, you must include your family number on your check to receive credit for your purchase. On Packet Sunday, a check is written by each family for the buy-out amount.
After a participating family attains the annual required purchases, the check is returned. If a family does not attain their annual minimum purchases in the required period, the check will be cashed. Due to the delay in Escrip reporting, checks may be held until September to determine if requirement was met. Purchases are recorded to family accounts by the TWB management team and are available for viewing at www.shfschool.org. Please remember that there is up to a 3 month delay in Escrip purchase information. If you have any questions about the TWB program and requirements, please contact Tim or Karen Kinealy.
