- When using your Schnucks card, please give it to the cashier before you check out. Once they have hit the total button, you will not receive credit.
- At any time you can call eScrip at 1-800-931-6258 and verify your account activation information or add cards to your account. This can also be done at www.escrip.com. Have your card number ready (on the back of your card). You may ask questions and check on your account.
- If your card is not active, credits will not build in your account. Be sure to activate your card as soon as possible so SHF gets money and you get TWB credits. Remember to use your card every time you shop.
- If you know someone who shops at Schnucks and they would like to donate their shopping credits toward your TWB requirement, you may add a card to your account for them. We are not able to do this, and only you can make changes to your eScrip account. Follow the directions below to add others to your account.
- If others outside your household (parents, friends, neighbors, etc.) have already activated a card, please contact Karen Kinealy to make sure that you receive credit for their purchases.
How to add other cards to your eScrip account
- Go to Schnucks and get up to three more cards. Call the 1-800-931-6258 on the card or go online to www.escrip.com and activate these cards under your current E-scrip account. You can have up to four Schnucks cards on your account. Distribute the cards to those who want to help support SHF.
- Escrip also has a dining program. This part of the Escrip program involves registering your credit cards for tracking purposes with the Escrip Company. Purchases from this program will also count toward your TWB goal. Please see the Escrip website for more information and details about the program.

Q: Where can I buy TWB?
A: There are six convenient ways to purchase:
- In the front foyer of school from 7:45-8:00am every school day.
- You can send in an order through your child's book bag. You do not need an order form. On a piece of paper state the name of the store and what denominations you would like, your child's name who is responsible to bring the scrip home and the homeroom teacher. Put your note and a check (with your TWB # on the Memo line) into an envelope marked "TWB".
- The Priory sells certificates Tuesday-Friday 9-3.
- See Karen Kinealy (lower lot) or Wendy Gassner (upper lot) at the end of the school day.
- After every Sunday Mass.
- You may call either Wendy Gassner at 638-3772 or Karen Kinealy at 631-4513. You will be able to stop by their homes and buy TWB certificates.
Q: Can I pay cash for my family TWB?
A: Yes, however it needs to be in an envelope with your family number and cash amount marked on the envelope so you can get credit for your account. Checks are preferred as they give you a method to verify your purchase.
Q: What is my family’s goal?
A: This depends on the number of children attending SHF School. Please refer to the table below:

Q: What purchases go towards my family’s goal?

- Schnucks
- No purchasing of gift cards is required.
- Every time you shop at Schnucks pull out your E-scrip card registered for Seven Holy Founders and have the cashier swipe it before totaling your grocery order. Every dollar and cent you spend will be applied towards your family goal.
- If you forget to give the cashier your E-scrip card before your bill is totaled – it is TOO LATE. There is no way to go back and get credit from Schnucks.
- Shop-N-Save / Dierbergs / Bread Company / Shell Gas / Walgreens / Sam’s Club / Walmart / Target
- These are always available and must be purchased from SHF. (see where to purchase above)
- You MUST write your family number on the memo line of your check to get credit.
- Shop-N-Save certificates available: $10, $25, and $100.
- Dierbergs certificates available: $25 and $100.
- Bread Company certificates available: $10.
- Shell Gas certificates available: $25 and $100
- Walgreens certificates available: $25.
- Sam’s Club/Walmart certificates available: $25 and $100
- Target certificates available: $25

- These certificates must be pre-ordered. Fill out an order form and return to school or a TWB seller.
- The order forms will come home in the Friday folder occasionally. You can also download the order form from the website, ScripOrderForm.pdf or on the links page of FastDirect.

- You can find a complete list of participating retailers at http://www.glscrip.com. If you find a certificate you would like, just write in the name of the company and certificate amount on the SHF order form.
- Orders will be placed once every other week until the holidays, at which time we will order more frequently.

A: Check the My TWB page. Please note there is a 2 month delay in reporting from the E-scrip company so any purchases you make in August will not be provided to us until October.
